A mobile app designed to streamline the organization of padel matches within private clubs, making the experience more social, inclusive, and intuitive. A meeting point between sport and community.
Task
Create a simple, accessible interface that allows users to book courts, join open matches, manage friendships, participate in tournaments, and access courses through a coherent and seamless experience.

Project Timeline
Research
Having had limited time available and not being able to conduct a full user research process, I interviewed one of the stakeholders (a padel player) and analyzed a few competitor apps. This allowed me to identify some pain points and define real user needs useful for designing the interface.
Information Architecture
The process of organizing and structuring content in a way that ensures users can easily find and navigate information. Here the visual representation of Por Tres’s Site map showcasing the hierarchy and relationship between pages or screens.
User Flow
A step-by-step representation of the Por Tres User flow for booking a court, showing how users interact with the app to complete this key action.
Wireframes
Providing a visual skeleton of the app, showcasing the structure and flow of the screens. After a few refinements, I moved on defining the high fidelity wireframes.

User Profile

Personal Insight
I worked on this project as a freelancer. Being my first real project with a client and having only four weeks to complete it, it was a significant challenge.
Weekly update calls taught me how important it is to stay organized and manage work efficiently.
Constant collaboration with developers helped me understand how crucial communication is, and how much you can learn from the people around you.
